This is a large ship, and, until very recently, NCL’s newest, with lots of activities and entertainment. As with other ships in the fleet, NCL’s Freestyle cruising option sets it apart from other cruise lines, and works well for first-timers, or people who don’t want to be told where and when to dine each night.
Service is of a good standard.
Suitability
An excellent option for families and people who want a more relaxed cruise experience.
NCL’s Freestyle cruising format means that you can dine where you want, when you want.
Most passengers are American, although there are expected to be more from the UK when the ship is based in the Eastern Med in summer 2007.
Hints & Tips
Families can book rooms with connecting doors.
There is wireless Internet connection around the ship.
Reservations are required for alternative restaurants, which tend to book up fast.
