Magellan, Da Gamma and Columbus, are the main dining venues, all connected by a sweeping staircase. They serve a wide variety of food, including vegetarian and low-fat options. Alternative dining is available at the Windjammer and Portofino restaurants. Windjammer offers a buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner, while reservations are required for the Portofino Restaurant, which serves Italian food (surcharge payable).
Café Promenade serves sandwiches, pizza, pastries and coffee throughout the day. Ice creams are served at Ben & Jerry’s, while Johnny Rockets serves burgers, steaks and fast food (surcharge payable). The Island Grill serves a casual buffet.
Twenty-four-hour room service is also available.
EntertainmentBroadway-style shows take place in the Palace Show Lounge, while dancing, music and cabaret on a smaller scale takes place at the Maharaja Lounge.
The Viking Lounge doubles as a late-night disco. Casino Royale There are plenty of bars, and lots of street entertainment, on the four-level Royal Promenade. Teenagers have their own disco, the Optix Teen Disco, which includes video games and a snack bar.
