Public Areas

The ship has 9 spacious decks.

The on-board leisure facilities include 3 restaurants, 5 bars, 2 swimming pools, Zen-themed Steiner spa and salon, gym, paddle and “Wimbledon” paddle tennis courts. The gym offers free yoga classes.

The Sun Deck 13 features the Aerobics Studio, Neptune Pool, Weight Room, Crystal Spa, Fitness Centre and Wimbledon Court. The Lido Deck 12 includes Lido Cafe, Tastes, Neptune Pool, Scoops Ice Cream Bar, Trident Bar and Grill, Seahorse Pool, Jacuzzis, Waves, Fantasia, Palm Court and Sunset Bar.

The Promenade Deck 7 comprises of staterooms in category C, as well as The Vintage Room, Century Suite, Sushi Bar, Silk Road Restaurant, Prego Restaurant, Constellation Suite, Bridge Lounge, Computer University@Sea, the Studio and Shuffleboard. The Tiffany Deck 6 houses the Galaxy Lounge, Caesars Palace at Sea, an art gallery, Captain`s Choice, Facets, Apropos, the Atrium, the Bistro, Hollywood Theatre, photo shop, photo gallery, Connoisseur Club, Pulse, Avenue Saloon, Stardust Club and Sports Area.

The Crystal Deck 5 features the Crystal Dining Room, Crystal Cove and Crystal Plaza.
The ship has recreational facilities like Hollywood theatre, card room and an internet cafe named Computer University@Sea which not only provides on-board entertainment but is also used as educational facility. The ship has a jewellery and Apparel shop.

To entertain children, Crystal Serenity has 2 playrooms named Fantasia and Waves.

Cabins

Crystal Serenity has 548 cabins with double occupancy. The cabins on the ship range from the most luxurious Penthouse suites to Category C Deluxe Staterooms without veranda. The size of the Penthouse ranges from 25 to 125 sq metres. The size of a Category C Deluxe Stateroom is 21 sq metres. The ship has 81 cabins with an ocean view and 464 cabins with a balcony.

All cabins on the ship are spacious, with an ample storage space. They have minibus, laptop port, TV, fridge, twin beds converting to queen-size, telephone with voice-mail, bathrobes, showers and bathtubs.

The penthouse has a well equipped cabin with CD players, separate showers and Jacuzzi tub. The guests staying in the Penthouse are welcomed with champagne, and can enjoy such features as: personalised stationery, their own binoculars and butler service (the butlers help the passengers by making their on-board dinner reservations, managing their dry cleaning needs and bringing them the appetizer in the evenings).

The cabins have 24-hour our room service.

The ship has 8 wheel chair cabins to assist disabled passengers. Four are either cabins or suites with verandas and the other four are cabins with picture windows.
