5 out of 5 StarsNothing is too much trouble , December 2006

I have just returned from 15 days on Arcadia sailing from New Orleans to Barbados. Visiting 8 Caribbean islands along the way. On our 2nd day at sea I asked our cabin steward if it was possible to have a sun lounger as well as the 2 chairs to go on our balcony. It arrived before the day was out.

The food was excellent definitely go for the sit down breakfast in the Meridian!! & if your feeling peckish in the afternoon try the traditional afternoon tea also in the Meridian - (finger sandwiches, homemade cakes & cream scones) if you are looking for a quiet drink before dinner try the Spinnaker or Intermezzo and if you are wanting a place to meet with friends try the Globe.

There are plenty of sunloungers up on deck & if like us you have a cooler day they put the retractable roof on the pool. This is our 3rd cruise, however Arcadia is not your traditional P&O Cruise it is a modern ship with generous sized cabins (Definitely go for one at the back the balconies are huge) The food is excellent if you don't want the traditional 4 course silver service you can always go to the self service Belvedere which is open 24 hours a day! Drinks on board are extremely reasonable.

It is one on the best holidays I've been on and I would definitely travel on Arcadia again.
All the staff are so friendly and they will do anything to make your holiday a pleasurable one.

Having just returned from the Canaries Carousel Cruise what a fantastic time we had. Our party consisted of 2 ladies and our down syndrome brothers whose 50th birthday it was, hence the cruise.

The staff where great they could not do enough for you, the food was very good entertainment excellent. Being a travel agent myself would not have any reluctance selling this holiday.

For my first cruise I pondered where I should cruise and who I should cruise with. Having being told that P&O were a fantastic company to travel with I chose them and took a fancy to the Arcadia.

The ship was like nothing I have ever experienced before, (I felt like I was in the film Titanic but with no Jack to be my knight in shining armour... just the better half! :)

It was a fantastic experience that I will never forget, this has set me up now for being a regular cruiser! Next time I want to try a Caribbean cruise and see more of the world, all in all tho the cruise was beyond words, It felt great! Thankyou P&O...Spot on

This was the first ship I had ever been on which I was looking forward to as I am doing a Caribbean Princess cruise in December.

I was very impressed with the service on board and the ship has an art theme so there are many things to look at around the ship. The entertainment was very impressive I felt like I was in a proper theatre in london.

Food was very good
