We are Mr & Mrs Clark from Ayrshire Scotland we have two kids one son now 16 years old, and one daughter now 19 years old. We were a bit worried that the kids would not be kept amused but we could not have been more wrong. They made lots of friends a lot of whom they still keep in touch with and had a wonderful time on both cruises. We never had to worry about them at any time as the teen reps were of the highest standard and great fun as well. The food was excellent, entertainment excellent, staff very friendly and courteous and the no problem style of service is fantastic. We are trying Royal Carribbean's Voyager of the seas this year, while it is a bigger ship, I doubt if the service will be any better, and they will have to go some to beat "Princess Cruises". We will definitely be back on board the Sea Princess in the near future.
Fantastic!, 18th March 2006 Reviewer: Debbie Brown from Shropshire I have been on a few cruises now and the Sea Princess was by far the best I have been on. The ship itself is immaculate and has everything you could wish for onboard. It has a good range of restaurants from the buffet to a pizzeria, burger bar and the main dining room, also on board they have an ice cream parlour, you have never tasted ice cream like it!
The service on board is 5 * and nothing is ever too much trouble for anyone. Rooms are compact as expected but are well maintained; they are kept clean and have everything that you should need.
The entertainment on board is fantastic and of a very high quality with the main productions being shown in the beautiful theatre but there are different acts going out in various different areas of the ship.
My personal favourite part of the ship though had to be the movies under the stars where you could watch films on the big screen on the top deck of an evening wrapped up in big blankets.
Excellent Adonia, Nov 2004 & Jan 2005 Reviewer: Mary Reeve from East Grinstead, West Sussex An excellent friendly ship.
Good communal areas with lovely decor & a very impressive atrium. Food quality was good but was not generally hot enough - resulting in a occasions when it had to be sent back to the kitchens.
Staff were always courteous & attentive. Cabins are well equipped, nicely furnished and sound proofed between cabins.
The range of activities/entertainment available was extensive and of a very good standard. There was plenty of space - even on sea days although the pool area was quite chaotic.
Overall we had two very enjoyable cruises.
