Public Areas

The ship has 12 decks. Sun Deck has a nursery and the Sun Deck Bar, while Boat Deck contains the sports centre, Royal Promenade shopping, Grand Lounge, a theatre, and the Queen’s Grill Lounge. Upper Deck features Mauretania Restaurant, Crystal Bar, a theatre, casino, Golden Lion Pub, photo shop and Yacht Club Bar.

Quarter Deck features Princess Grill, Britannia Grill, Caronia Restaurant, a library, a book shop, Chart Room Bar, Queen’s room, Lido Café and Club 2000.
Deck 1 holds Steiner Beauty Salon & Barber and the Pavilion Restaurant. Deck 2 features a Computer learning centre. Deck 6 features a medical centre and Cunard Royal Spa. Deck 7 contains a Health and Fitness Centre.

There is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The outdoor pool is located on deck 1 and the indoor swimming pool on deck 7. A synagogue is located on deck 3.

The on-board leisure facilities include a library, a casino, 2 bars, a ball room, beauty salon, book shop, computer centre, a show lounge anda boutique.

In the health and fitness centre there are 10 cardiovascular machines, 7 cyber weight machines, free weights, and a dance studio, where classes for aerobic and fitness are conducted all day under the supervision of 4 fitness instructors. The ship contains a golf driving range, putting area and a jogging track round the spa.

The European styled spa called Cunard Royal Spa features a thalassotheraphy pool, 6 high pressured massage stations, a massage bed and a neck massage point. It offers Elemis aromatherapy and slimming treatments. Hydrotherapy baths, saunas, a steam room, and a jet blitz is also available in the ship. Steiner Beauty Salon and Barber carry out hair styling, manicures, Rene Guinot, Elemis facials and makeovers.

Cabins

There are 950 cabins on the ship. The type of cabins ranges from the modest inside and outside Mauritania grade cabins to the ultra-deluxe Queens Grill suites.
Staterooms with ocean view are 671, while interior staterooms are 279 in number. There are 2 Grand suites and 185 suites on the ship

The split-level apartments called Grand suites are the most lavish suites available with a size of 110 sq metres. 32 of the cabins have balconies.

All cabins have facilities such as TV, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, nightly turn-down service, daily newspaper, bathroom, shower and bath tub. Choice of cabins differs from compact to the spacious one.

Every Grand suite contains a bedroom with private veranda, walk-in wardrobe, marble bathroom with bath and shower. The Grand suite has a double door leading to a dining area which adjoins a raised lounge and leading to a conservatory covered with glass and the forward deck area.
For the benefit of disabled cruisers 4 specially designed cabins are available.
