 | Mercury, Celebrity Cruises (Passenger/crew ratio: 2.4) A popular ship with Celebrity regulars, it is elegantly decorated and classy.  | Oosterdam, Holland America Line (Passenger/crew ratio: 2.3) Sister ship to Noordam, Zuiderdam and Westerdam, this is one of the newest ships in the fleet (built in 2003) and aimed at a (slightly) younger audience.

 | Wind Star, Windstar Cruises (Passenger/crew ratio: 1.6) A lovely looking ship, with sails that are utilised when the winds allow, the on-board experience is casual and comfortable, although the ship is not particularly spacious.
