 | Costa Allegra, Costa Cruises (Passenger/crew ratio: 1.8) Expect an elegant cruise in very comfortable surroundings, with most guests coming from Italy. Cabins could be accused of being small and there are only 10 with balconies. The Montmartre Restaurant can be noisy. The ship operates Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises.
