The main attraction is the 7-deck atrium with lifts enclosed in glass, with a piano bar in the centre.
Europa Deck accommodates a business centre with Internet access, conference facility, e-mail and printers. Promenade Deck, jogging track and the sunbathing area is available on the ship.
The leisure facilities include 4 bars and 3 lounges, 1 Jacuzzi, and a swimming pool. Various courses from across the globe can be tried out on the golf simulator. While at sea, cruisers can gain more knowledge of the game through video research done by the German team at an extra cost.
The sports area accommodates a fitness centre with an ocean view and has the latest equipment. A jogging track, table tennis, a group training is provided by a personal instructor and is chargeable. There is a big Japanese spa, and a fitness centre. Lancaster spa has a steam bath, beauty salon, and a sauna. Therapies from abroad, consisting of high quality products are available. The spa offers skin diagnosis, Japanese bath, haute coiffure, solarium and complete relaxation.
The 1 main swimming pool on the Lido Deck is covered by a hydraulic roof magrodrome.
Any sea sickness treatment while on-board is treated free of cost but the Thrombosis prophylaxis is chargeable. Only on very few cruises, a dialysis doctor will be available on request and the treatments will be as per the standard medical fee regulations also the cost of medicines will be as per the Red List.CabinsEuropa has 204 suites in total. Outside suites with veranda are 156 and outside suites are 36 in number.
The Penthouse Grand suite measures 85 sq metres and the size of the Veranda suite is 27 sq metres.
The suites are all air-conditioned, with separate temperature control and all contain 2 beds, which can be put together or separated. They also have a, separate lounge, except in the Penthouse Deluxe and Grand suites, where the sofa can be converted as 90 x 200cm bed to accommodate a 3rd person. Sleeping area and lounges are separate for Penthouse suites.
All suites are provided with colour TV (with access to educational programmes), telephone, minibar, hairdryer, safe and a walk-in cupboard. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, bath and separate shower cabinet.
The top suites feature flat screen TVs and a well-stocked bar. Grand suites have individual sauna and bath with Jacuzzi.
Round the clock suite service offers breakfast and snacks, fruit basket and the minibar is refilled every day.
24-hour butler service is available for the guests in the Penthouse Suite.
There are 3 specially designed cabins for the disabled cruisers.
