This dining venue serves delectable dishes the service is gracious, and offers a fine collection of exotic wines. Food is served in both buffet and á la carte styles.
The passengers can enjoy the continental breakfast that includes Parisian croissants, toasted English muffins, sweet Danish pastries or a breakfast consisting of fresh tropical fruits, crisp bacon, grilled sausage, smoked salmon and omelettes.
A buffet-style lunch includes a fine spread of seafood, salads and grilled favourites. The dinner menu includes appetizer, soup, salad, cheeses, desserts and a choice of seafood, meat, chefs special, vegetarian and a light dish. The Piano Bar offers different varieties of coffee and tea 24 hours a day and snacks are served until 11.30 pm.
Casuals are recommended during the day and smart casuals for the evenings (shirts, trousers and jackets for men and casual elegance for ladies). Shorts and t-shirts are taboo in the dining room.EntertainmentThe Piano Bar is one of the attractive features of the ship with its brass lamps and polished mahogany. Live music and daily talks by the captain take place at the Piano Lounge. At the Tropical Bar, beer, wine and cocktails are served. It provides an ideal setting for the guests to mingle and make new acquaintances.
The Edwardian-style library is well-stocked with reading material such as novels, nautical books and guide books. The library also has cards and board games. Shore excursions are organised at most ports and accompanying escorts throw light on the history and culture of the region. Dancing, crab races and a crew fashion show are some of the on-board entertainment activities that take place during nights. Talented local entertainers including musicians are invited in the evenings to perform music and folk shows on the open deck space which is also used for dancing.
