The recreational facilities on the ship include complimentary water-skiing, kayaking, sail boating, windsurfing, snorkelling and scuba diving on the Water Sports Platform. The ship has a full-time physician to ensure the well-being of its passengers. The ship also has a fitness centre, salt-water pool, hot tub and sauna to rejuvenate cruisers. The on-board beauty salon offers a variety of beauty treatments and massages.
The ship has no exclusive facilities for children.CabinsWindstar has a total 74 cabins, ranging from Ocean view Staterooms to Owner’s Suite. The Ocean view Staterooms are 18 sq metres in size, while the Owner’s Suite measure 21 sq. metres. There are 73 Ocean view Staterooms which have standard amenities such as colour TV, VCR, CD player, radio, safe, minibar, refrigerator, direct-dial telephones, bathroom with shower toiletries, hairdryer, vanity and plush robes.
The ship has only one Owner’s Suite which has additional facilities such as twin beds convertible to a queen-size bed, private dining/sitting area and a DVD sound system. There are no special cabins for disabled cruisers.
