Dining

Mercury has 3 restaurants. The 2 level main restaurant called the Manhattan Restaurant offers array of exotic cuisine prepared expertly by Master chef Michele Roux. On request special and diet menus are available during booking.

The casual dining restaurant called Palm Springs Café serves buffet lunch and dinner. The Palm Springs Grill offers bouillon in the morning, tea in the evening and pizza. It also serves dinner on port days with casual sitting which require a reservation.
The ship offers 24-hour room service.

Cruisers can wear casual and comfortable dress during day time. In the evenings men can wear casual shirts and trousers while ladies can wear elegant casuals. However for formal evenings, men are requested to wear a suit or dinner jacket while ladies a cocktail dress.

Entertainment

There is a 2 level lounge offering a variety of shows and other forms of local entertainments by comedians, pianists, singers, entertainers and a capella group. There is an interesting game called gin rummy played in the card room. There is golf simulator where cruisers can play golf courses.

The on-board shop provides passengers with clothes, precious gems, cosmetics, fragrance and more. Pavilion Nightclub and Navigator Club are great venues for cruisers to enjoy dancing and have a cocktail.

For cruisers who wish to try their luck, there is a casino called Fortunes featuring roulette wheels, blackjack tables, video poker and slot machines. Also available is a gamble in-cabin facility.

The ship hosts a 2-level Celebrity theatre for approximately 1000 on-board cruisers offering Broadway style shows. The cinema/conference centre is a great place for watching movies.
The cruisers can enjoy cigars and after-dinner liqueurs at Michael’s Club.
The Online@Celebrity offers 24-hour internet facility.

For children in the age group of 3 to 17, the ship has specially designed Shipmates Fun Factory offering wide range of games and activities which is supervised by staff.
