Public Areas

The ship has a total of 14 decks with 12 decks for passengers.

Deck 3L features Illuminations (3 tier), Cunard ConneXions, Royal Court Theatre, Empire Casino, Golden Lion Pub and Britannia Restaurant (Lower). Deck 3 holds Mayfair Shops, Britannia Restaurant (Upper), Queens Room, Grand Lobby and G32 Nightclub.
Deck 6 comprises of Minnows Pool, Play Zone and The Zone.

Deck 7 holds Observation Deck, fitness centre, Canyon Ranch Spa club (2 tier), Therapy Pool, Kings Court and Queens Grill Lounge or Winter Garden. Deck 8 consists of swimming pools, Todd English Restaurant, beauty salon, library and QM2 Bookshop.

Deck 9 has Commodore Club, Churchill’s Cigar Lounge and Boardroom. Deck 11 features Observation Deck and Atlantic Room. Deck 12 features swimming pool, Fairways and Boardwalk Café. Deck 13 consists of sports centre, splash pool, Sun Deck and Regatta Bar.
The on-board leisure facilities include 5 bars, a casino, a library, a card room, a show lounge and 6 whirlpools.

There are 3 swimming pools, ( 2 are outdoor 1 is indoor ). The 2 outdoor pools are located on Deck 8 and Deck 12 respectively, while the Minnows indoor pool for children is on Deck 6.
For sports enthusiasts there is a sports centre with paddle tennis, basket ball and a golf simulator called Fairways.

The 2-level Canyon Ranch Spa club is equipped with thalassotherapy pool, air beds, thermal suite with herbal and Finnish saunas, aromatic steam room, reflexology basins, deluge waterfall and air tub with body massage jet benches. The fitness centre consists of the latest fitness equipment.

The beauty salon offers pedicures, manicures and hairdressers.
The Play Zone offers a range of activities and games for children in the age group of 2 to7 years, while The Zone offers activities for children between 8 to 12 years.

Cabins

The ship has a total of 1320 cabins ranging from Duplex Apartments to Inside cabins. The Duplex Apartments graded Q1 measure 209 sq metres while the Inside cabins graded D6 measure 15 to 18 sq metres. Almost 80% of the cabins have ocean view and more than 94% of them are with spacious balconies. There are 5 Duplex Apartments, 4 Forward Suites and 6 Penthouse Suites on the ship.

All cabins and suites feature facilities such as interactive TV, data port outlet, refrigerator, hairdryer, bath robe, slippers and safe. All cabins and suites are spacious enough.
The 2 Grand Duplex apartments called Balmoral and Sandringham has huge living quarters, a large balcony, a luxurious master bedroom on top, 2 marble baths having separate whirlpool tub and shower, a guest bathroom with shower and private exercise equipment.

The 4 Forward Suites namely Queen Mary, Queen Anne, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria features 1 marble bathroom and a guest bathroom. In addition Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth also have access to a private elevator.

The Junior Suites have a bath consisting of tub and shower, a big sofa at the sitting area, an interactive TV and a walk-in closet. Concierge service is also available here. There are 30 specially designed cabins available for the disabled cruisers.
