Everything was perfect and the crew was really friendly! The food was incredibly delicious (huge variety); there is also children’s food such as: Burgers, French fries, pizza etc.
The entertainment was amazing! Glamorous and very nice shows, bingos and music everywhere! there is also a nice cinema and a disco... A pool, a jacuzzi and many other things. It is like a PALACE!
Wonderful!! Reviewer: Carrie and Kathy Wells from USA My sister and I went on this Cruise ship and it was as charming as it could be. The staff and crew was OUTSTANDING! They went out of there way to make sure you had everything you wanted or needed. We highly recommend it!! A hugh thanks to all aboard the Serenade for a fantastic and very memorable cruise!
Serenade, August 2005 Reviewer: Roxanne Williams from Newcastle Very high standard of work from all members of the crew going and coming back from egypt. Met my boyfriend on Serenade......thankyou!
Virgin Cruiser, April 2005 Reviewer: Michelle Hedgecock from Dunstable As virgin cruisers, we thought that our first time should just be for a short time. Whilst holidaying in Cyprus we had the chance to go on a 2 day cruise to Egypt for £308 for the two of us, sounded just perfect.
Checking in was made very easy by the professional team on board. Our cabin was basic but had everything we needed. Food was delicious and plentiful. The entertainment in the evening was excellent and the information provided for our trip covered everything. Photos were taken on the whole trip and cost us only £5 each with no pressure to purchase them. Seeing the Pyramids and Sphinx was absolutely amazing but the cruise made it even more special.
On the downside, they were all a little pushy for their tips and we had to get up breakfast at 6:30 and then not receive our lunch on The Nile til 2pm.
Plus point - see sickness tablets were provided free on board!
