Less elegant than Princess ships (and some would say, with less atmosphere) this is nevertheless a good value four-star product. Since it entered the P&O fleet, this ship has had its dining areas expanded, to cater for the British market. Passengers have rated the elegant dining room, although it can be noisy. Generally, the ship has an open and airy feel about it – many bars and lounges run into each other.
Polite and helpful staff, although service in some areas could be better. Passengers have said drinks in the Plaza are slow coming.
