Service is quick, with lots of up-selling, which Brits can find to be pushy.SuitabilityAimed at a younger, predominantly American crowd that likes to have fun. This can be a culture shock to Brits who are fans of the more refined P&O-type cruises, although the itinerary – out of Rome – means that there are likely to be more Brits on board than other Carnival ships.
If you hate having your picture taken, this is not the cruise for you, as the ship’s photographers are everywhere.
Generally very good value for money. A good option for families.Hints & TipsCharges are made to your on-board account for tips as soon as you arrive. This can be removed or altered at your request.
There is a charge for welcome drinks handed out on arrival, though this is not made clear when it is thrust in your hand.
Buy a pre-paid Fountain Fun card to purchase soft drinks.
There is a babysitting service onboard.
