Public Areas

There are 7 passenger decks on-board. The deck space is spread around and across the decks. The pool is small and is covered by a canopy. A full wraparound promenade deck is on-board. For indoor activities, there are bars and small lounges. Bridge Deck houses the Sky Bar. Poseidon Deck has buffet and swimming pool.

Neptunus Deck contains the library, Captain’s Club, Captain’s Bar, Club Casino and duty free shop. On the Portunus Deck, a nightclub is situated. For leisure facilities guests can use the swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, 5 bars, restaurant, lounges, cinema, casino, pool, library & boutique, nightclub, show lounge, photo shop and hairdressing salon. The ship also accommodates a hospital.

Fitness activities include a fitness centre with a sauna, beauty salon and seawater swimming pool. The gym is spacious and has a number of fitness equipment available.

At the children’s club there are various activities for kids of all ages during school holidays, all activities are supervised.

Cabins

Van Gogh has 250 cabins with grades ranging from Economy (9) to Grand Suite (1). The Economy measure 8 sq metres and Grand Suite is 46 sq metres in size. There are 146 ocean view cabins and 104 inside cabins. None of the cabins have a balcony.

The cabins are well decorated and have many facilities. Outside cabins are bright as they have a porthole/window while inside cabins rely on electric lighting.

Every cabin has 2 music channels, twin beds, shower, phone and air-conditioning. Double bed cabins have 2 lower beds and 3rd and 4th passengers can be accommodated in upper berths.

Suites and Superior cabins are spacious, have sea-views and ample storage space. They have a full-size bathtub and TV and a separate bedroom situated near the door. For suite guests complimentary champagne and chocolates are provided on embarkation.

There is only 1 wheelchair cabin for the disabled.
