Public Areas

Apart from a small sports deck at the very front of the ship, deck 11 is reserved for passengers in the top-priced suites and penthouses as it houses the Princess Grill and Queens Grill restaurants, and also a Grills Lounge, which is perfect for pre-dinner drinks. An open deck above the restaurants is for the private use of Grills passengers.

Deck 10 houses the kids’ and teens’ rooms, Churchill’s Cigar Lounge, the Admiral’s Lounge and Commodore Club, a big lounge with views over the front of the ship.

The spa and gym are on deck nine, along with two swimming pools, the conservatory-like Winter Garden, which has a roof that can be opened on warm days, and Hemispheres nightclub, which extends over two decks to deck 10.

Decks eight, seven, six, five and four are devoted to staterooms. There is a laundry on each floor.

The art gallery, Royal Arcade of shops, photo gallery and card room are on deck three, where there is also a balcony with views down into the Queens Room on deck two.

Also on deck two is the library, which has a spiral staircase up to deck three, the Golden Lion pub, the Chart Room, Cunardia Museum and casino. A Champagne bar and café are on either side of the Atrium, which stretches upwards from deck one to three.

There are more staterooms on deck one, which is also the ground floor of the three-deck-high Royal Theatre. The pursers office and internet café are on deck one.
