Public Areas

There are 8 decks on-board and you find all the public areas are bright and airy.

The superior outside cabins are on Bridge, Lido and Main decks. Outside cabins are situated on Bridge, Atlantic and Marina Decks. Fitness centre, saunas, gymnasium, tennis courts and the sunbathing area are all situated on the Sun Deck.

Lounge Deck features the Glentanar Restaurant, The Orchid Room, The Garden Café, The Braemar Room, Piper’s Bar, Neptune Lounge, kid’s playroom, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a poolside café with bar. Atlantic Deck houses the beauty salon

The Observatory, Marquee pool with Jacuzzi and bar are found on the Marquee deck.
Lido Deck includes Explorer’s Library, Dalreoch Card Room, The Cove Smoking Room, Open Promenade, games arcade, Star Night Club and Lido Lounge.

Main Deck comprises of the photo gallery, shops and a launderette. Marina Deck houses the 2-storey Marina Theatre and a medical station. For leisure activities there are 4 main bars, lounges, 2 swimming pools, 3 Jacuzzis, a casino, Cyber Café, library, theatre and a card room.

On-board sports facilities centre includes the health & fitness centre, tennis courts, and sauna which have separate male and female facilities, 3 massage rooms and a gym.
The Steiner Health and Beauty treatments comprises of hairdressing, manicure, pedicure, hand and foot spas, massage and heat therapy.

There are kids’ programmes such as pizza and dance parties organized by the hosts.

Cabins

Black Watch has 413 cabins graded from Premier Suite (PS) measuring 51 sq metres to inside cabins (I) measuring 13 sq metres. There are 328 ocean view cabins and there are 37 cabins/suites that have a balcony.

This ship has been recently renovated, it has had more cabins with balcony added, the public area is more spacious and has soothing décor.

Every cabin has twin beds, bathroom with shower, hairdryers, phone, Gilbert & Soames toiletries, desk with drawers, good lighting and TV. Few cabins have tubs.
In addition to these the Premier Suite has a bedroom, sitting room, floor to ceiling windows, bathroom with bathtub and shower, minibar, VCR, fridge and veranda.

There are 4 cabins for the disabled cruisers.
