Public Areas

Ocean Village has 11 decks with over 7,000 sq metres of open deck space available for sunbathing. With so much room aboard, only the areas around the two pools tend to get over-crowded on sea days. One of them, the Crystal Pool, has a swim-up Splash bar.

The on-board leisure facilities include 4 eating places, 8 bars, casino, internet café and a nightclub. For those who enjoy activity and sports there are many recreational options, including two gyms. The ocean-view gym has rowing machines, treadmills and other fitness equipment. There is also a jogging track, golf driving nets, volleyball court and table tennis. The on-board Karma Spa offers sauna, massage and steam rooms; there are 4 Jacuzzis and a hair and beauty salon. Fitness, yoga and lifestyle classes are on offer on the ship and for excursions ashore, at an extra charge, the ship provides mountain bikes.

Kids centre called the Base Camp, has a paddling pool, fully netted family deck with sun beds for parents, and a play area with a netted rail. There is also a spacious indoor zone where children clubs’ activities (free for parents staying on-board) take place. The Riviera Pool is open to children but the Crystal Pool is adults only.

Cabins

The ship has 801 cabins, graded from AA to NN. The largest AA suites are the most luxurious and best located for the ship’s facilities. Their size ranges from 30 to 35 sq metres, while the NN cabins are between 14 and 17 sq metres. Ocean views can be admired from 616 cabins and for those who like private vintage point, there are 66 cabins with balconies.

All cabins and suites are air-conditioned and have ample storage space. Each cabin and suite, as standard, features: en suite facilities with a shower, dressing area, hair dryer, TV, telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and safe. All cabins and suites are decorated in light colours, some with wood panelling. A number of twin cabins feature “upper berths” for 3rd and 4th person. These can be folded away during the day to provide more living space. The suites in the top range have a bath tab and a shower, walk-in wardrobes, iron/trouser press and sofa beds which can be used as extra bed at night time. Travel cots for young children are available for hire.

All cabins and suites are cleaned once a day, in the morning. There is no evening turndown service.

For the disabled cruisers, there are 10 specially designed cabins.
