Thomson has an army of loyal British cruisers who would never choose to sail with anyone else.
Good service, with friendly staff, however don’t expect any extra touches that you would get on a more expensive cruise.SuitabilityA good-value product, with a very British feel, although there are better kids’ and teenagers’ facilities on other ships. Traditional entertainment, such as West End shows, Austin Powers sing-a-longs and magic shows.
There is also paid-for restaurant, Sirocco’s (cost approx £15 per person)Hints & TipsMany people choose the pre-paid all-inclusive drinks package to keep on-board costs down, however there are restrictions on drinks.
There are daily Kidzone activities, for ages 3-8 and 9-12, although some are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Depending on when you book, you may have to pay to guarantee a double bed. There is also a charge for a safety deposit box.
