Lower Promenade Deck contains the Piano Bar, casino, Sports Bar, Northern Lights Nightclub, Queen`s Lounge, Pinnacle Grill, Windstar Café, art gallery, Explorer’s Lounge, and Lower Vista Dining Room. The Promenade Deck comprises of the Internet centre, Half Moon Room, Stuyvesant Room, Java Corner, Erasmus Library, boutiques, atrium, Ocean Bar, Upper Vista Dining Room, and photo gallery. Neptune Lounge is on the Rotterdam Deck.
The gym, Greenhouse Spa & Salon, Hydro Pool, Thermal Suites, therapy rooms, Lido Pool, Lido Bar, Terrace Grill, Lido Restaurant, Lido Buffet, Sea View Bar and Art Pool are on the Lido Deck. Observation Deck houses the Crow’s Nest, Oak Room, Golf Simulator, games room, and Club HAL. Volleyball and basketball courts are located on the Sports Deck.
2 swimming pools and 1 Jacuzzi are available for passengers to use for leisure. The casual and colourful Sports Bar screens the highlights of various sports. Fitness facilities offered are tennis, basketball, a golf simulator (which offers virtual courses from all over the world), hydro pool, gym and a swimming pool with a magradome cover for indoor/outdoor use.
The spa run by Texas-based Greenhouse Spas has many treatment rooms. Treatments offered here are Eastern Therapies, massages a new dry float and exotic slipper bath, milk baths, seaweed, detoxifying wraps, rejuvenating facials and well-being massages. At the unisex thermal suite Laconium, Hamman and Chamomile Heat Therapies are provided. The Hydrotherapy Pool and the steam area with heated mosaic tile lounges can be used for a fee. The salon offers the usual beauty and spa treatments.
The gym has modern machines, free weights, cardio equipment and a personal training consultant. At the juice bar guests can have carrot, apple, pineapple or vegetable blends.
Club HAL is the programme for youngsters. KidZone is the area dedicated to children. Wave Runner is the dance, video and movie area for teenagers. There are a computer and video games areas, teen disco, large screen movie room and a separate deck area for kids.CabinsWesterdam has 925 cabins ranging from Penthouse Veranda Suite (PS) measuring 122 sq metres to Standard Inside (L) measuring 15 sq metres. There are 165 sea view cabins and 623 cabins with balcony.
Every stateroom has make-up mirrors, Eurotop mattress, TV, hairdryers, minibus, high-thread-count bed linen, bathrobes, premium massaging showerheads, telephones with voicemail and safety lockers. Suites, in addition to this have DVD players and DVDs can be borrowed from the on-board lending library.
Penthouse Suites have a bedroom with 1 king-size bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 persons, huge whirlpool bath and shower with an extra shower stall, private veranda with whirlpool, living room, dining room, dressing room, guest toilet, pantry, microwave, fridge, private stereo system and floor-to-ceiling windows. For suites the tubs are whirlpools, with extra shower stall and dual sinks. Suite guests can make use of the Neptune Lounge with concierge service. Here snacks are served and the concierge books dinner reservations and shore tours.
There are 29 cabins for disabled passengers.
