Public Areas

The ship has 9 passenger decks.

Sports Deck contains the Crow’s Nest, jogging track, golf driving range, sports courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball, croquet court, swim up bar, gym and health spa.

The Neptune Lounge, Lido Pool, Lido Bar, Pinnacle Grill, Lido Restaurant and the Terrace are all situated on the Lido Deck. Veranda Deck houses the launderette.
Upper Promenade Deck has a gym and spa. Whirlpools are located on the Promenade Deck, Upper Promenade as well as the Lido Deck.

Promenade Deck accommodates a variety of facilities such as the Queen’s Lounge, Erasmus Library, Half Moon Room, Wajang Theatre, Explorer’s Lounge, boutiques, jewellery shops, photo gallery, oak room, Java Bar and Café and casino. Promenade Deck is also used for sunbathing. Lower Promenade Deck has La Fontaine Dining Room, Odyssey Restaurant, internet café, atrium, art gallery, band stand with dance floor. Dolphin Deck houses the golf centre.

Recreational facilities offered include 2 outside pools, 3 Jacuzzis, fitness centre and sauna. Sports facilities include a tennis/basketball/volleyball court, jogging track, croquet court and golf driving range. The Spa and salon offer cruisers a place to relax body and mind. It is equipped with new thermal suites, steam rooms and offers organic treatments.
Facilities for children are limited to a video arcade and small play area.

Cabins

Prinsendam has 398 cabins. These range from PS to N class. The largest suite is 67 sq metres whilst the smallest is 17 sq metres. 214 cabins have an ocean view and 147 have a balcony. All the cabins are well-equipped and spacious. The cabins have standard amenities such as walk-in closet, fridge, TV, telephone, VCR, bathrobes and slippers. Higher grade suites are provided with some additional facilities such as separate sitting area, veranda, bath and balcony.

The most luxurious suite, the Penthouse Suite, has a balcony, double bed, bath, shower, sitting area, fridge, TV, phone and 4th berth. The lowest, large outside double cabin has 2 lower beds which can convert to a king-size bed, walk-in closet, bathtub and shower.
The ship has 8 wheelchair cabins for disabled persons.
