Passengers are mainly American and rate the excellent food and service, the fact that there are no on-board announcements and that there is no charge for soft drinks and fitness classes. As well as the main dining room, there are two alternative restaurants. For a special dining experience, a handful of passengers can have a wine-tasting dinner in a private room. Reservations are necessary. Male hosts are on board to provide dance partners for lone female travellers.
