    
Write a Review on this Ship OverviewThe ship is over 10-years-old and it shows with some tired areas and a lack of decent outside deck space. However, there was a slight refit in 2003 which has helped and it is quite well-decorated.
The standard cabins are okay, but bathrooms could be accused of being small. The theatre is not up to much. Cruises include South America and Mediterranean.
Staff are friendly and attentive, with a casual and fun outlook. Officers are generally Italian, but the rest of the crew are generally Filipino and offer good service.SuitabilityMost suited to those wanting a young, fun, cruise in an Italian-style. The client base is families with children, European and youngish.Hints & TipsGo to the upper decks for the best outside space. The ship, as with all Costa’s vessels, can be noisy and there is a push for extra onboard sales from waiters and the spa.
