What happens when a researcher visits my property?
If your hotel is selected for review you will be visited by one of our researchers.
It is important that we can provide the most accurate and useful information to travel agents. Therefore, it is important that when a researcher visits you help by giving them access to the public areas of your property allowing them to take photographs and answer any questions they have. The more information and photos we have for each property the more likely that property will be booked by the customer.
